If so, why not come and find out how to do so in our development kitchen and learn how to make your own vegan cheeses.
In this half-day course you will learn fermentation processes using vegan cultures and rejuvelac. You will learn how to make nut mylks, nut butters, and the basic principles needed to make natural, cultured nut and seed cheeses.
Once you’ve developed these techniques, you will be able to experiment by creating your own flavours.
We keep classes small and friendly to ensure quality, with only six places per workshop - make sure you don't miss out by booking your spot today!
Price includes: all ingredients, course materials, welcome drink, lunch, tastings and cheeses to take home.

Beautiful Raw Cakes, unique Vegan Cheeses, creamy Nut Mylks and our own range of vegan and organic beer and wines can all be ordered and purchased from the Deli & Diner in Nailsworth.
Online orders will be available soon - for now we can take orders over the phone and via email (which also makes it easier to chat about what your requirements are)!
Beer and wine can be delivered anywhere, wheras due to the fresh and slightly fragile nature of the cakes, cheese and nut mylks, we ask that you can come and collect these from the deli.
